A Saturday appointment was booked for my son before Christmas for the end of February. My son, who has severe autism needs a lot of preparation time to ensure we get out the door on time. Arrive at the Practice to find their doors are closed and their opening hours state they are closed on a Saturday. 4 months prior to this an appointment was made for a Saturday, only for us to turn up and find out that the dentist in question has wiped her appointment diary clear for that day without notifying their patients. This is completely and utterly unacceptable and unprofessional and I will ensure that this matter is escalated.

Jo works as a receptionist, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent customer service today from the reception team and friendly professional practice.

The entire practice are very professional, kind and caring.
My Dentist Dr Hannah Smith and her nurse, listen and care about their patients. Along with Suzy my hygienist. The reception team are always, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful, Jo, Karen and Jeanette I have known in the practice over many years and are extremely kind and caring.

Amazing dentist you won't find anyone more professional. Hannah is brilliant at what she does. Explains everything thoroughly an makes you feel at ease. 10/10 experience.

I can not express the level of friendliness I have been shown after recently joining this practice.
I am a nervous patient and following my previous dentist's retirement I was more than apprehensive.
I have required some work since joining including check up, hygienist and tooth removals. All these procedures have been at my pace and with amazing support and patience.
I can not thank everyone enough for making me feel so relaxed and welcome during such a challenging time for me.

Cannot thank this brilliant dental practice enough,after ringing nearly every emergency and normal dentist around including are own ,no one would see my partner with terrible toothache and swallen face including the dentist we are registered with 3 days after giving birth. The amazing receptionist did everything possible to help and we had the dentist ring back within the hour todo an on phone consultation to perscibe the antibiotics she needed,literally saved are Xmas cannot thank enough and would recommend these guys to anyone brilliant!!
