Borrowash Dental Centre

Used the new sign in portal easily, both before attending and to sign in for my appointment. Everything clearly explained in the email I received from the surgery.
Will admit I was nervous about attending, instantly put at ease by the lovely receptionist.
They have put everything in place to keep the patients and themselves safe.
Friendly and relaxed atmosphere...as always.

All staff make you very welcome and treatment and after care is excellent. I'm usually very nervous seeing a dentist but feel relaxed. Would recommend this surgery 100% .

Dr Chand has been my dentist since I moved to Derby in 2009 and he provides a high quality, patient focused service. In the past, when I’ve had to see him for urgent treatment, he’s been very flexible and helpful. I like being able to have a choice of NHS or private treatment, depending on my needs. There is convenient car parking in the nearby co-op. I highly recommend this dental practice.

My husband and I joined this dental practice and had our first appointment Saturday just gone. We were more than impressed with the whole experience, the receptionist is full of knowledge about the practise and all it offers, he’s extremely friendly and helpful.
The dental nurse is lovely, confident, helpful and puts you at ease. The dentist, Dr Chand was amazing. So professional in his approach, he made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed, he was thorough, he took time to explain everything, Dr Chand went above and beyond any other dentist we have been to before. I am a very nervous patient and have been completely put at ease here, we are so great full we have found this practise.

This is a good dental practice with friendly staff and they are very helpful when you need swift treatment. They have a tight schedule with lots of patients to see which means they sometimes run a bit late and seem rushed. All workplaces are like that now! I definitely recommend this practice. Thank you.

I have been a patient at Borrowash Dental Centre for a large number of years. I have always found the staff at all levels, very helpful.
However recently they have all gone the extra mile.
Having broken 2 teeth in one day, I have had 4 appointments this week involving 3 procedures to ensure all treatment is completed in time for Christmas.
Dr Chand, his Dental Nurses and Reception Staff, have been amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming without being intrusive. All options available are clearly explained. Patient safety and confidentiality are paramount.

They cancelled on me 3 times and then went I decided to try book again they told me sorry we don’t have the space for you now and you will need to find another dentist. Very poor if you ask me. I just hope one day went they have some kind of pain they all get the same treatment as they treat other people. And in this case very badly.

Great dentist, very friendly- would recommend! We use for the whole family though my wife has been going here from young. Same owner. Also non discriminatory and respectful with regards to recently alleged mandates.
