Bupa Dental Care Corby

Absolutely 100% recommend. I live over an hour away but I would definitely travel back here. I phoned 111 and was directed to call my nearest dentists. Not any would squeeze me in for literally a 30 second appointment. When I rang this Bupa in Corby, the receptionist was so helpful. She was a bit reluctant at first due to my distance but she squeezed me in the same day. When I arrived they were just all so lovely and pleasant. As expected, I was literally in the room for 30 seconds as I'd been through my issue a few times before and knew I needed antibiotics. I left knowing it wasn't a wasted journey and that I had been dealt with care and kindness. All the 3 members of staff I dealt with were so lovely. 100% will be returning in the future if I need any help or work doing.

Ive had multiple treatments at this practice, and the level of care is top class. From the receptionists to dental nurses and dentists, Ive never had any cause for complaint. In particular, Dan and Monika always show a high level of knowledge, care and professionalism.

Almost lost a hope to get an emergency appointment anywhere. And thanks to this practice they took me in same day as soon as they could and helped me. Very happy. Highly recommended.

Can’t speak highly enough of this practice. The staff and dentist are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get the best treatment. Receptionist all polite and courteous. Special mention for Dan and Monika who are friendly and made me feel totally relaxed and fully explained my treatment.

Called for an emergency appointment and advised the person was extremely nervous. Lady on reception was amazing. We waited in the car till they called us in. The dental nurse helping the dentist was patient and understanding and continued to keep the person calm. We saw the dentist Maria who also was understanding and took there time, and continued to keep the person calm. They talked to the person throughout and stopped when required.
After leaving the person said they were treated like a person, and felt at ease.
Highly recommended excellent service from start to finish.

The whole staff; receptionist Monika, and the dentist Dan and Sadia the nurse were all very caring and understanding with my granddaughter who is very nervous.
Dan took his time to explain alternatives to her treatment.
Monika did not hesitate to offer comfort and tissues when she saw my granddaughter was very upset.
A great team.
Going back tomorrow for treatment. Feeling reassured.

My whole visit good, I was seen within minutes of arriving. The dentist I seen (Dan) was great, he gave me my options without any pressure, listened to my concerns and kept me informed of what he was doing during my procedure. He was very friendly and put me at ease during my visit.

I 100% recommend Dr. Dante was super attentive and patient. He calmed me down and did the whole procedure perfectly. I'm pregnant and he was concerned all the time about my health and the baby's.definitely I’ll back
