Cwtch Dental Care

Booked an appointment for 8am and paid £90 for my teeth cleaning. However I could not make it due to work and I wanted to reschedule for another time. They did not allow me unless I paid another £90 to reschedule. They said my missed appointment was classified as an official appointment which they took my money.

I understand it affects the business however this can easily be resolved as I have been to previous dentists in the past and they do not take the customers money when rescheduling an appointment.

Also they have long waiting appointment dates which I think should be improved and have more staff.

So I had legit the biggest phobia of the dentist. On my first visit for a check up i was having panic attacks and freaking out. Zi completely calmed me down, She's wonderful. Made me feel at ease and told me i needed some work done. Since then I've been back twice, both times felt amazingly calm. Zi took the time to listen to me and told me every step of the process to make me feel comfortable knowing what was being done. She made sure I was numb before doing the work and checked with me regularly to make sure I felt okay. The practice itself is very clean, the staff are all amazing, friendly and smiley. Honestly, i couldn't recommend it enough.

I've only been registered at this practice for a couple of years but what a difference to any other dentist I have been to. All the staff are friendly. Including the receptionists which is rare. The dentists I have seen have been very professional but at the same time extremely personable. Feel lucky to be on their books.

As a new patient to the practice I have nothing but praise for the care I’ve received. All the staff from the reception, hygienist and dentists have been extremely friendly and professional. My teeth have never received so much care and attention. 🙂

I love Cwtch Dental so much! All the dentists are so lovely and they have done amazing work on my teeth.
I have been with them for around 3 years and always had great service.
Also they helped me to regain my confidence by fixing my broken front tooth. It's such a good job that you can't even tell it was ever broken!

Excellent service. I had a phobia before I came to this practice. I explained how i felt and they have been great. I actually don't mind the dentist now. Everyone one I have seen has been friendly and made me feel at ease.

My family and I recently joined Catch. We were very pleased with the dentist, the dental nurse and the reception staff. The premises were clean and accessable. Overall so far excellent.
