I am so grateful for our dentist Victoria. She is always very professional and efficient. Such a kind and caring lady. So reassuring and for nervous customers she makes the visit as relaxing as can be. She is a credit to your team.

The dentist and there assistants are very good at there job. It's just the same with any dentist u go and see them 2 times before they do anything they get what money they can out of you and expect u to stay in pain and when they want to take tooth out or something else they give u a appointment that's mouths away then they say if it Hurts call us back so they can get more money out of you. It's not a dentist it's a business looking to make a lot of money

Excellent service as usual. The new female dentist I had was very understanding and patient. I have a fear of dentists having had a bad experience years ago, but she was as reassuring as Dr Sam who I had for years. Very satisfied patient

I would prefer to give these people no stars! A year ago in July I had an abscess on my tooth. Went up as an emergency, dentist took X-ray and said it was fine. Following day my face was badly swollen so went back again. This time a different dentist gave antibiotics for an abscess! Then a week or so after it was removed. I was given a follow up appointment for October. This was cancelled. The gum was not right so I said I really needed this appointment, all I got was ring again in the new year! I have had every appointment since then cancelled!!! The last was last week and I kept the appointment only to be told when I arrived that it was cancelled and the earliest appointment was Oct. What amazing service this is! To say that I’m dissatisfied with this dentist is an understatement!

Couldn't recommend this practice enough! They have gone above and beyond for my daughter. I moved to Pembrokeshire before my daughter was born and have been trying to seek dental help for ages. This is because when her top teeth started to come through a few of them had no enamel on them, she is now 2. Trying to find a NHS dental practice is like Trying to find water in the desert. I have managed to contact this practice for advice and they have given me numbers for dentists in Pembrokeshire and also are continuing to try and get my daughter help! I know they can't take her on as we are no longer in the area but I am just so grateful for all there help. Thank you so much !!!

I’m here to ask a question. I’m 16 years old and about to have my first dental appointment in over 3 years (Due to covid) and I have major dental anxiety and a bit worried. I’m 99% sure I will need about 2-3 fillings at least and was wondering if you offer composite white fillings? I know that in some places across the UK you need to be with a private dentist but I’m with the NHS and wanted to know is composite fillings available? And if they are available do they come with a cost if you are under 18?

Bupa Dental care have been amazing especially recently and have been a Godsend to me with the various issues I've been having with my teeth lately. Considering the immense pressure they are under at the moment they have gone above and beyond to provide me with an exceptional level of care and have booked me in for emergency appointments very quickly whenever I have needed them. Yes, you will have to wait a number of months for a routine check up but they truly are there for you in your hour of need should it come to that. I have been a patient for many years and I'm so grateful for everything they have done for me and especially the excellent, kind, patient and professional treatment I have received from Victoria. Keep up the good work guys and thank you so much for everything.

Polite and lovely staff and dentists. A little hard to book an appt you will he waiting 6 months
