Narberth Dental Health Practice

I can thoroughly recommend this dental practice. They have a ‘zero pain’ policy, which is essential for someone nervous like me. They are always friendly, caring, and very efficient. The atmosphere is always relaxed and reassuring. (I miss my pre-Covid hugs from my dentist!) They also have all the necessary up to date equipment needed.

I have always been a nervous patient, but my experience with Mark as my dentist has been positive. I have received some major treatment, including implants, and have always felt listened to.
I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Ongoing patient of the practice! I have had no real reason to fear dentists but I was a very anxious patient previously with a habit of avoiding the dentist! I have poor teeth due to a lack of enamel leading to multiple broken teeth, alongside an old injery, that left me with two missing teeth at the front and a dead tooth at the bottom. After becoming engaged I decided enough was enough I wanted my teeth fixed and to explore the option of implants. I didn't want to be reminded of what happend anymore or to put up with a loose denture that rubbed my gums and hurt! I honestly can't recomend this dental practice enough!!! From the moment I signed up to the waiting list to my most recent procedure I've been treated with kindness and compassion throughout! Everyone who works hear takes excellent care of their patients and there is a zero pain policy so even the most 'scary' of procedures becomes a breeze! I've had multiple fillings, old fillings fixed , two implants fitted and bone grafting for the implants (previous dentists had told me this wouldn't be possible due to various issues with the bone. I honestly don't know how he managed it but Mark gave me two beautiful implants and my smile back for the first time in eight years! Also closure for the past! I could not be more appreciative for his skill and hard work if I tried!) I have been seeing two dentists at the practice and both have been outstanding! My mouth used to be sore and I would often have ulsers or such as a result of having poor teeth, but now each time I go another thing is fixed and the pain gets less! I haven't had an infection in age, I can eat on both sides of my mouth and brush without sensitivity or pain anymore, resulting in better ongoing care of my teeth!! I am due a root canal soon however I'm not concerned the way I would have been previously as I trust the team implicitly! Everything has been explained step by step for all my procedures, i was advised to reaserch arround and ensure i was happy with the plan for my teeth and the costings before I began treatment, showing that patients are put first! ... The practice is exctreemly clean and is a calm environment that helps to reduce angziety! .... As for costing I personally feel that anything worth having will cost because you are paying for a standard of care, professionalism and skill, however I have found the practice to be extremely reasonable in what they charge and more than worth it! I won't be using any other dentists ongoing as I am extremely happy with the care I have received hear and could not recomend higher if I tried!!! Fabulous team and an outstanding practice! Going private was the best decision I ever made thankyou you all for everything!!!

I'm not a dentist fan like many others of my era but I always feel safe and in good hands at the Narberth practice. I recently had to have emergency treatment on a broken tooth and received fast effective and kind treatment. It's great when the dentist listens to your fears and puts you at ease. Highly recommend this practice 👌

I became a client two years ago when the practice had a branch in Milford Haven and I have decided to remain with them following the closure of that location and Narbeth being much further to travel, because of the excellent care and consideration I have received. Visited for my appointment on 2nd December and received excellent service as usual.
