Bupa Dental Care Caernarfon

Awful dentist. 30min hold on the phone to book a appointment in which they cancelled. Not had one appointment yet in the last 3yrs where they haven't cancelled a week prior the date. If i ran my business in that way i would be bankrupt within 6 months..

Spent 3 hours trying to get through on the phone for an emergency appointment due to chronic tooth ache for over 3 days. Unable to get through. Drove to the practice to attempt to get an appointment due to the amount of pain I'm in. I've been on the waitlist now for NHS treatment for over 2 years and when I asked about an appointment I was told there would be no chance of getting on the NHS list but they may be able to see me privately at a cost of £56 just for a consultation. Basically not interested in patients who can't afford there ridiculously high prices. Unbelievable that you can't be seen by a dentist for a reasonable fee especially when it's an emergency.

I have found the team at BUPA Dental care Caernarfon to be professional, efficient and friendly at all times.

The care and attention shown by the Dentist and dental nurse is always good.

I would have no hesitation in recommending BUPA Dental Care Caernarfon to others.

Sat in the waiting room for one and a half hours for 60 seconds of examination. Total waste of my time and I now have to find a proper dentist to check my teeth.

This place is a joke !
I have lost count of how meny appointments i'v had canceled by them , then only to be told we no longer have a dentist for you we will be in touch when one is available , 6 months later still nothing !

Music blaring I want to go to dentist not a nightclub. No drinks facilities .Dentist failed to keep appointment time so what was the point of giving me the appointment if they were not going to keep to the time

Family visit today with my three children our dentist liviu was so patient with the children wouldn't go any where else for our dental treatment

Went to the dentist's appointment to have fillings hopefully to maintain teeth. Was told by dentist to arrange an appointment with hygienist for treatment. Went to half hour appointment with hygienist were he refused to give me fillings and just cleaned teeth for 10min instead and was told to arrange a further half hour appointment. Made appointment and went to car, looked at teeth in mirror and saw that a tooth had been broken during cleaning. Went to 2nd appointment and informed him of this, he told me that he hadn't noticed at the time of cleaning and continued to clean teeth vigorously again for 10mins, and for me to arrange a further half hour app. on way out. During the time between appointments i noticed that a lot of teeth had become loose. During 3rd appointment i informed him of this and was told not to brush teeth hard.
After a while teeth did not stabilise and were starting to decay. Phoned to arrange an appointment and was told that my name was no longer on their computer and had to go on waiting list. During this period the loose teeth continued to decay and and have now lost all nine loosened teeth and will require dentures. I am currently not able to eat properly and have suffered from many abssess. At the moment i have 2 abssess at the same time, one of which is inside mouth and extremely painful.
