Smart Smiles

I recently had dental treatment with Smart Smiles at their Ystrad Mynach Clinic. The staff, support staff, and dentists are all amazing and put me at ease from my very first appointment. I say put me at ease because for several years had had an irrational phobia of dental surgeries and so my first visit was going to be full of anxiety for me.

I need not have been so concerned as all the staff was so friendly, and helpful yet with a good balance of professionalism, which gave me reassurance and the feeling I was a valued patient who was going to be looked after.

Even after a few minutes of chatting with the reception staff, it felt like I was a regular visitor and had known them for months, they are so friendly.

My allocated dentist Patrick had the same friendly yet professional approach and carried out some fantastic dental treatments on me which will have such a positive effect on my life.

I am so pleased and so grateful that having searched extensively for good a dentist surgery I chose to book with Smartsmiles and after having such a positive experience, I would highly recommend Smart smiles to others looking for amazing dental treatment, and if you excuse the pun, service with a 'smile'.

I haven't seen a dentist in years, so I was super nervous, embarrassed and scared. However the dentist and staff made me feel at ease instantly. I will never go to another dentist again. After 3 tooth extractions and much more work, I can finally say I have perfect teeth, I can finally smile again.

Brilliant dentist! Always able to get an appointment quickly and all of the staff are lovely and very understanding, particularly if you're a nervous patient like I am. I highly recommend them.

Saw me straight away for an emergency and fixed the problem straight away, a problem that my previous dentist had been putting off sorting for years. The receptionists were very helpful and lovely, and the dentist and her assistant were really friendly, comforting and helpful. Didn't have to wait around to be seen and the practice itself was lovely.

Receptionists were friendly and welcoming , and also efficient and knowledgeable. The dentist and nurses were kind and reassuring and really helped to allay my fears and anxiety, so I feel much less anxious about my next visit

Always a good experience at Smart Smiles. Strange for a visit to the dentist I know..but all the staff are so friendly and make the visit calm as well as professional.

All i can say is the admin staff and dental staff were excellent.
They were welcoming and kind.

Excellent dentist. Saw me in emergency in great pain. Staff fabulous and kind, . Charlie the dentist was awesome giving me lots of info about my dental issues. Very calming and Charlie and her assistant both professional caring, brilliant dentist.
So thankful and first night pain free sleep in weeks
