I am very upset by the treatment of my daughter following a domestic violence situation.My daughter has complied with their wishes but still the officers continue to haunt her life in what I deem to be an unreasonable manner verging on mental torment.My daughter was the victim and now seems to be the ultimate victim in this case whilst the perpetrator goes untouched apart from a restraining order, Community Service and a Fine imposed by the courts in their infinite wisdom.My daughter has had to relocate her life with her two children and still this inquisition goes on in some misguided belief she is not fit to be the mother of my two grandchildren which is an absolute travesty of justice.Balance needs to be addressed.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! It's not very wheelchair accessible at all, they don't transition you properly into the adult world or tailor what you need to succeed in life. I have been left with emotional scars and even though I am succeeding in my professional life my personal life is all messed up. I am depressed because of this place they truly let me down and didn't follow procedures to the best of their abilities I feel abandoned. Most of the staff expected little of me and my future to succeed, never got an apology for everything I have been through nor was it even acknowledge. I received the worst treatment and wouldn't wish this injustice on anybody!

Only way to contact a social worker is by email at your office. Can't even leave a message. It gets diverted to council. Had to email office n hope they get it in time before putting order out.

Bad experience with a couple of social workers,a nigtmare for me as a carer for family member.
I do not understand why keep rude people when there are lots of aspiring young social worker who do not have a job. Bring nice people in who understand the pain and sufference of disable people.

It took me over an hour to get through, the message just kept repeating itself regardless of me choosing an option, when I eventually got through I was told the person couldn't hear me.

Desperately calling social services after a referral but they simply put the phone down every time!
This man is so vulnerable and in severe hardship but trying to speak to someone is impossible.
Disgraceful to be honest Southwark! you claim to care about your residents but your leaving one out.
I am escalating this to a senior manager, because this is not acceptable.

There's a social worker by the name of Enock Ire who works for the Borough of Southwark MASH team. Please beware of this lady handling your child's case and involvement from her. She is very manipulative, biased and plays it like she isn't the perpetrator. Allegations came my way from my ex partner. This lady instead of doing her job, accuses me and then denies it to her manager when I made a complaint. Beware of her subtle language and the way she words her replies. My case was a sensitive one. Please whatever you do, remain calm and keep it neutral as Enock Ire will use it against you. I've got so many obscenities I want to use against her and could've taken it further. Due to my merciful nature, I thought to myself, she isn't worth it nor my oxygen I breath in. Sooner rather than later, she will meet a parent who will end this callous lady's career and her pathetic management colleagues. Enock Ire, your day's are numbered. Sort yourself and your practice out!

I suffer from anxiety and painc attacks instead of helping me they rather bully people not understand . I was spoken to in a rude manner unfortunately this is the world we live in they rather help a animal then a human being why isn't no investigation been done they shouldn't be allowed to continue to be open they need to learn how to speak with manners instead of threatening people !!! You guys should be ashamed of you're self's I will take this to the media and parliament what ever It takes for you guys to be closed down .
