Have done nothing about an on-going physical abuse of a child for years despite visual & video evidence. Absolutely awful service.

Useless all about money. Do not care one bit

They ignored child abuse reported to them over a 2 year period. Bias towards females made life very difficult for victim fathers to have a voice. Inexperienced, untrained staff made ill informed incorrect decisions resulting in abusers being free to groom young children physically and emotionally. No accountability, no empathy and no constructive care. Failure to respond, failure to investigate compounded abuse problems. Criminals are able to exploit loop holes in the social services systems and pray on weak inexperienced social workers to get away with abusing very young children. Absolutely disgusting considering awareness of child abuse in 2022. Retraining is of paramount importance and workers are required who actually care about stopping the abuse of children , instead of caring only about covering up mistakes and malpractice to prevent public exposure of the problems.

Social workers often get a bad press, however I have found them doing a great job under very difficult circumstances. i would particularly like to praise Sam Neale who has a fantastic relationship with our boys and is so supportive and caring. A huge thank you to everyone involved
