Purely awful, please avoid.
Recieved email advising items were ready to collect. Items subsequently not in-store, staff were rude and handled the situation badly. One of the items that was in-store which I could collect turned out to be damaged. Complained via email to Argos but still not resolved a week later. Shocking customer service from store and head office.

It loses a star as I hate Argos stores being inside Supermarkets now but other then that what I needed was in stock and the staff member there Nicole was polite and very helpful especially as I had bought a curtain the wrong size my mistake on measurements and I'd ripped the bag it came in and to return the bag has to be resealable but she managed to fit it in to a new resealable bag and I exchanged for the next size up so I could have been stuck up paying yet again for the curtain but she went out of her way to help very good customer service.

Purgatory. Tried to return a 6 week old faulty Chromebook that wont turn on. Despite their own T&Cs allowing refunds for faulty tech, me demonstrating to the staff
that it won't turn on, and pointing out the various provisions of the Sale of Goods Act that they are breaching, they absolutely refused to do anything except send it for repair, then abruptly change their mind after getting my details, and instead tell me to call Lenovo's technical support number even though I'd already done the tech support to try and fix it, and threw the problem at me (and Lenovo) even though my contract is with the RETAILER not the manufacturer. Unsurprisingly, having gone home and pointlessly called Lenovo, they told me they couldn't do anything as it was a hardware failure and to take it back to Argos. I did, to the Proper Argos store at Turbury Park, who exchanged it without a single quibble. Moral of the story - use a proper Argos not the joke in-store concessions.

This is now located in Sainsburys. Needed to exchange a faulty item. All done in less than 5 minutes, Rebecca was so good, polite and very efficient. Very impressive, Rebecca is a credit to the company.
