Argos Chaddesden (Inside Sainsbury's)

I think the staff magic your item up from thin air, they're that fast. Above average customer service. Convenient with it being inside the Sainsbury's store. Not all items are immediately available for collection but it's understandable with it being such a small store.

First time I've come across an Argos inside a supermarket, but had what I needed. Appears to be quite small, so probably worth checking stock or pre ordering before turning up.

Ordered item Friday for in-store collection the Monday, wait until text to collect.
No text 8 days later, cannot call them, only directed to the website.
Going downhill fast.
Don't order anything not in stock.

Absolutely shocking customer service I wanted to buy a sd card for my camera and asked the manger for advice for which one would be compatible with my camera he recommended one and told me it would work I asked him if he was sure 2-3 times if it would work.

When I got hope I put it into my camera and it didn’t work this Argos isn’t my local one and each way takes me 8 miles so furious is a understatement if a manager is giving out wrong information then god help us all !!

Excellent service - item we wanted was out of stock- staff told us our options and we picked our item up the next day

I received a notification that order was ready for collection, I ordered two of the same item but only one had been delivered so they said I could only collect complete order. This isn't my local Argos so it was a wasted trip!!

Item had already been opened before we received it!! And was broken! Waste of diesel to collect and a pointless trip.
Thanks argos for selling 'new' already opened and broken items.
Won't be using again.
