Good service, one of the staff was willing to pay 10p for a bag for me after spending £330.00 online, due to Argos's lack of facilities not taking con-tactless pay. Unfortunately they didn't offer delivery on this item either which was a bit disappointing. Thank you for the good service from your employee, however Argos step in to the 21st century.

Tried to place a click and collect order. This was the most traumatic experience of my life. What a hassle with incorrect address and the website spontaneously changing my address and then taking money from my bank but not giving me an order number. I new Argos wasn’t great but I can now confirm I shall never be shopping with them again

Visited Argos store Boston today. On entering the store a very polite young man met my wife and I, he could not do enough to help us, but then the lady behind the counter was the most rude person I have met. We were made to feel here is two old age pensioners bringing Covid in here. She was extremely rude and spoke down to use. A lot of training in customer care wouldn’t go a miss.
We will be reluctant to go back there in the near future.

Seeing some of these reviews is odd as every single time we've been into Argos Boston staff are so polite, orders arrive quickly and never had any issues. The male manager is very polite and seems great at his job. All staff are friendly and have a good laugh together which is nice to see as we all know how boring retail can be. :)

Ordered an item for click and collect for "convenience"..
Go to the store and its now been closed 2 days despite saying open on Google.
2 wasted journeys and the virtual assistant is no help at all and noone is answering the phones.

I also ordered an item for click and collect. We travelled to the store twice after the online automated ‘help’ said it was ready to collect. The store had a sorry closed sign despite saying open on Google too.2 wasted journeys. Online chat was completely incompetent. I asked to complain and she gave me an out of date email address. I then completed a complaint form for Sainsburys customer complaints but they have not responded either. Never will I use this inefficient uncaring disappointing service again. I would urge you to do the same

I was disappointed when i ordered a washing machine we indicated in the there was a four flights of stairs and still accepted our purchase when the delivery saw the situation they immediately told us it is not possible to bring the item up. I was expecting a big company can handle this kind of situation but i was so disappointed 👎👎👎👎👎

The manager unhelpfully directed me to q behind the only other customer who was taking their time selecting jewelry at the jewelry counter. I suggested that he could serve me himself at another til. Reluctantly he did so but I shouldn't have had to ask. Poor customer service. Lazy management.
The gold stars McDonald's give the staff does NOT make you an 'Award Winning Manager'...
