super store with super helpful and friendly staff. I love this shop it's so convenient with the tram stop over the road and parking at Q park. Recommended.

Had the best experience here, absolutely amazing customer service…above and beyond from Maryam who approached us and helped with the browsing and then proceeded to serve at the till. Would definitely come again

I only tems to visit this store if I need an item of stock in a hurry, otherwise I avoid shopping in store as much as possible and opt for home delivery instead which is generally a pretty reliable service. The store is so slow to actually get the products out onto the shop floor, I have sat here waiting for up to 45 minutes before. Customer service is non existent, staff just do not care at all, they all look like they are as miserable about being there as the customers who have been waiting ages are!

The wast managers and staff at 53-57 church street Croydon are so bad in the way there service customers, racism towards black people. I experienced racism with these 2 managers KARA AND SHAVIMA Intimidating me as a black male calling police on me because I asked for the pen to write there names so that I can make a complaint.

Shop was well looked after and the service was great.
Had my items sorted out for me quickly and the staff were very friendly.
The products I bought were exactly as described and I will definitely return.

It's changed over the years.
It has a few monitors placed around the store, and a sitting area to wait for your goods
The jewellery section is still on its own. No parking is available site.

Terrible experience today when I came in misinformed by their online service I would receive a refund on an order. Entirely dismissed and terrible management. No customer service skills in this store, unfortunately

This is my local Argos and the staff needs to learn basic customer service skills. They always appear unbothered and as if they don't want to be there
