Argos Whitchurch (Inside Sainsbury's)

Seems that most items you select are not available there and then like in the previous proper Argos, usually only available to collect later or next day. No good to me!

I ordered presents from the store and paid online. Due to my work schedule my nan went to collect the orders.

Making the story short they did not hand over some of my items, nan not knowing and leaving.

She then goes to ask of they still had the for rude staff and manager. They have no front cameras to prove the items where given and spout some rubbish that a staff member goes to a draw.

The accuse my 70 year old nan of lying. The staff are rude incompetent and someone at the store is a thief!! I will be taking this further don't use the store they if I could give 0 I would.

Not as much in stock as a dedicated Argos. But most things can be collected next day.

Not good service today we was not happy we will not come again to shop

The staff are possibly the rudest i have encountered l had the feeling that I was disturbing there day,almost as rude as the staff of the Sainsbury’s store they are housed in

Cannot guarantee new from frombox sadly getting poor reputation

What a great experience at Click and Collect, no queue with Steph checking my details and producing my order within minutes. Asking me if I could manage my heavy box; then a polite young man appeared and carried my big box to my Vehicle on a horrible wet Afternoon.
