Awful shop, targets the poorest people and charges them the most. Repair service is non existent regardless of how much "optional" insurance you pay and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! Stay away save the money up and buy outright. I cannot stress enough how bad this place is!

Scary, scary prices aimed at people willing to sign up to seriously long term payments. Avoid whenever possible.

Had a few more payments and laptop broke so sent it off to repair.

Rang they said it had been sent to store. Should be there the next working day.... It wasn't.

Kept ringing still couldn't locate my item. But couldn't confirm its lost.

Finally the repair team stated they still had it.
I asked for it back they said customer service will have to sort that out.

1 year of payments and brighthouse refusing to return my item.

Currently in contact with trading standards, Caversham and retail ombudsman.

They have essentially stolen my product. Refusing to return or give my money back

Always there to get u out of a bind when something breaks ie washing machine etc if pay day is a few weeks away
