Argos Pinner (Inside Sainsbury's)

Well located store. Popped in to pick up a package that I'd ordered online. No problem with the delivery or package. The customer service however was another matter. I was served by two arrogant, dismissive, rude and aggressive Argos employees. They made a error and only gave me half my order when I challenged them they were rude and confrontational. Argos is a great service and having this store is brilliant but the customer service and experience is considerably lacking.

Nick and Rusell and the team are a lovely team at argos. Really helpful and friendly.

There is a young lady called Paris who works on the Argos counter. I ask, in fact I beg she gets the recognition she deserves for her role, as she is very helpful, fair and willing to go over and above to resolve matters and is exemplary in delivering real customer service. She is an asset to Argos and could teach other major retailers a lot about service delivery.

Really good customer service, I had taken back a phone which was in it’s 14 days return policy.
The woman behind the customer service desk was so nice and very welcoming, even her manager a young man he was a very nice gentlemen as well also really helpful with my refund.

Excellent customer service, special thanks to Nick for sorting out my order. He was very polite and went extra mile to help me. Definitely recommend and will use this store to buy more things in future.

Really really poor customer service, I bought a juice maker from a different argos,near to my work location,I went home and unpack the product which it was already use and above all it didn't work I went to this shop to explain them, the lady from there was useless,she was asking me like stupid questions and refused to change or refund my money back
