I placed an order for a bundle- PS4 with Assassins Creed Syndicate and Nathan Drake. I couldn't get it at Stratford my local store as they were out of the game but had assistance on line and was advised that Nathan Drake was at Leamington town store and if I placed the fast track and paid it would be held for me. I got to the store a couple of days after placing the order and they had the PS4 and Assassins Creed but not Nathan Drake. They had "Sold Out". I must have been in the store over half an hour whilst I argued rationally about the fact I had specifically placed the order online knowing that the stock was there when I placed the order and because I had paid for it, the whole order should be ready for collection. I was told I could collect it a few weeks later. I was absolutely disgusted and the poor ever-growing queue behind me at the "Fast Track" were not impressed by having to wait and also that I had placed an order that now wasn't intact.

It is truly disgusting that Argos is taking money from customers and then not fulfilling their orders. You pay upfront for a service and expect it to be efficient and that what you pay for will be there when you go to collect it.

In the end, the guy took the game from someone else's order as it was waiting on a shelf with someone else's order that they had placed. It solved my problem after a lot of stress, travel and waiting but it then just pushed the problem to someone else who will now turn up at the store and not have the game they bought.

Very poor leadership from the manager who didn't even come and speak to me and left his staff to sort out a complete mess without him. I felt sorry for them but I will never buy from Argos again and advise others not to place an order with Fast Track or online as they might pinch your order for someone else.

Went to purchase a piece of luggage, it said there was one in stock. After waiting about 25 minutes it turned out that they didn't have it there. The guy there offered me the option to get it sent over to pick up the next day or to get a refund or to pick it up from a different store. I opted to get it from another store so he reserved it for me and called ahead to let them know what was happening. I was able to go over and pick it up with just the slip from the Leamington store.

Nothing particularly wrong with this argos store, but there is basically nothing right with it. My main beef is the lack of stock held here. If I have travelled to a store, looked at the catalogue and chosen an item it is really annoying to find out they don't have it and it will take days to get it in.

Quick and easy as usual. Argos need to start putting stuff on display too. Good thing they have a good return policy. For most of the things you don't know about the quality until you open the box. Advice: always keep the receipt safe with you. I always take a picture of it.

Clean and tidy store with helpful staff, great location of store just of the high st, Argos has quite a few options for purchasing such as in store, click and collect, fast track too. Argos is easy to order from and they also have great prices too, I would recommend this shop for any item you may require from bedding to electrical to jewellery and more. All items I suspect tho are mass produced but hey this is Argos, so well done guys and thank you

There was only one customer in the shop besides myself but I still had to wait for 15 minutes to get served and I only wanted a pair of gold earings. I wanted a gold ring aswell but by the time they bothered serving me I didn't have time to try rings on so they lost a sale of atleast £200. For ignoring me for ages.I noticed atleast four staff members standing around doing nothing .I'll probably go somewhere else another time.

Excellent service. Got a replacement for a faulty iPhone that was out of warranty (by 2 days!). No fuss, no quibbles, just great service and a delighted 14 year old.

Love my local Argos - normally have what I want in stock available for quick collection, ready quickly and never had any cause for complaint. Clean & tidy with friendly staff.
