Went to get a sofa.
We were not pounced on by sales staff as soon as we entered like we have in other shops.
we were just left to roam and test furniture out.
We did buy a sofa and chair.
The restaurant was extremely good with great food for a good price.
The staff were brilliant.

Before you buy a sofa from this place make sure you can dry clean or wash covers, because they sell sofas that need specialist fabric cleaners Not dry cleaners.
So the cost of cleaning will be high.
If you do wash or dry clean the covers they will shrink by as much as 9 inches and you will have to buy new clovers.
I tried many times to speak to someone on the phone nobody in furniture department to answer, forced to go there 3 times

Very good store and excellent restaurant. Will definitely recommend this store to friends and family. Good staff very helpful,so unusual in this day and age.

Bought a shirt as a gift to my friend on his birthday. Found to have torn on the sleeve ,very disappointed and embarrassed. I had to spend £25 and my time on travel to return the item. Although I am always pleased with the service ,in this particular incident, I have to post negative as it caused discomfort and inconvenience to me. I hope next time the clothing are properly checked before they are put on sale.

Had lunch in Quadrant Restaurant.
Positives: Staf really friendly and helpful Well Done Staff. Pot of tea was OK.
Negatives: Food awful Turkey flavourless. Roast potatoes soggy. Peas, carrots and cabbage over cooked. Gravy was watery and stone cold

Just had a meal in the restaurant, braised liver, mash & veg, absolutely amazing, so tasty & good portion sizes, definitely recommend. Brilliant, will be back 👍

Gents clothing section has excellent staff.
Quality clothing but you can get bargains.
