A practical size food hall which is the only section opened in this challenging time. Good efforts by the staff to control the number of shoppers at any time. A long queue inside the pavilion to enter the store, & to include wheelchair users. This isn't right & wheelchair customers must have priorities, may be a separate queue allow one at a time.

One of my favourites clothing store, love the clothes and the food hall! This store has food hall attached to this store. Look out to shop during sales for a very much reduced price. Their quality really lasts for a pretty long time and at a very affordable prices

I have worked in the M&S head office for two years and this is one of the better stores - clean, modern and spacious. Friendly staff. Thanks to Pauline too who gave me a refund after I noticed some craft beers I bought were several months past their best before date.

A big thank you to Anita, for her patience and perseverance, when ordering an online floral bouquet for a sick friend (21.10.2022). Although really busy, Anita's impeccable customer care skills were greatly appreciated! M&S please recognise Anita on my behalf.

Love the food, and it is one of the only places in Uxbridge a gentleman can buy clothes from these days, but it still all feels a little old fashioned. My wife always shops here, and I do like the beers they sell!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Sarah who helped me with my food order. I turned up on the wrong day and could of easily lost my deposit and worse still not have food over Xmas. Sarah was so empathetic and compassionate... And offered me some reassure when i began to panic.... Thank you again.. And Merry Xmas. 🎄🎅😊
