A brilliant department store for those extra special items where you want to pay a bit more.
Great cafe upstairs and bathroom facilities with baby-changing area.
Parking in the multistorey with accessible lifts. Cheaper parking for long stay on 9th floor.

Visited the Charlotte Tilbury concession today. Excellent customer service. A lot of help to me from a lass who did my make up and helped me to make the best choices. I will back. Love the store

Great store well laid out, quality products. Picked up a couple of Christmas presents and treated ourselves to some Christmas decorations.

I recently had a bra fitting here after being turned away by M&S because I didn't have an account. Fenwick's staff made me feel welcome and at ease, a few bras were tried before we found one that fitted nicely and felt comfortable on, which was then purchased, not only was it in the sale but another one was found and has just arrived by courier at the same price and free delivery from Newcastle! Thank you Fenwick.

This is one of the nicest department stores I've visited in the Soutj East outside London. It's not too busy, and there is a good selection of brands to choose. The cafe on the top floor is really nice and has a decent selection of pastries and meals.

I can highly recommend the cafe at Fenwicks. We had afternoon tea there and the service was efficient and friendly. I requested soya milk with a pot of breakfast tea. It is easy to hear your friend talking as the cafe is in a large room with good acoustics for hearing. There is plenty of space, it was also warm with comfortable seating.

Great store however short opening hours, only till 5.30 unlike M&S that's open till 6pm. Also the top floor used to have lots of lovely little unusual gifts and nick nacks however sadly no more.

Great store, staff all very nice, had to use the concierge service recently as was not well and couldn’t get there, what a great service, so pleasant and nice, and parcel arrived in the post, wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thank you
