Argos Bitterne (Inside Sainsbury's)

Dreadful! Offhand welcome. Then left to wait around for more than 5 minutes. Eventually approached by an individual who's told me they were short staffed and "it's only 7:30 am" it was in fact 7:50 - as if that was a reason for poor service. Certainly won't be using this store for any future click and collect packages.

Was not straightforward to find. There could be a sign saying there is argos collect, as sainsburys has two stores in the area.
Argos collect is located in food store. You need to go to customer desk (close to entrance to high street). There will be a self service point (a tablet). Choose Argos and enter details. When you are done, just wait there. 10 min. later, someone will come with your purchase.

Tried to order online, the website was hopeless, so bit the bullet and went to my local store. Jess was extremely helpful, found what I wanted and ordered it for me. Great to speak with a human being! Give that lady a pay rise!

A great service. You need to pre- order your items. They are collection only.

Called in this morning to bitterne for an argos order,to discover the most amazingly friendly,helpful staff,who went out of there way to assist us.there costumer relations went well above and beyond expectations.not only in the argos section but the staff on the tills had wonderful smiley faces and gave us a chuckle.what a lovely atmosphere,will definitely be going back.

Service here not bad but queues can be bad.
Product selection ok and pricing ok. It's not a nice look and feel in store always feels quite oppressive in this store for some reason.
