Argos West Park Farm (Inside Sainsbury's)

I had to return to the store re: product purchased, Gareth, the store manager, was very helpful in resolving the predicament. He was approachable, patient and knowledgeable about the products. Nice staff but three identical items looked used and all in differing states. One had finger prints all over and looks like the protectors had been peeled off and reapplied. One had no screen protector at all and bits of plastic in the wobbly charge port. All had dead lithium batteries which is unusual as lithium needs to be stored at 50 percent to prevent damage.

It makes me wonder if argos send Sainsburys the dodgy stock so it doesnt look quite as bad on them.

Anyway they helped me find the best of a bad bunch without rolling thier eyes once. Which is rare.

(A freind of mine got blinds from here and were faulty with felt tip marks all over them. Another factory second)

Apparently open till 9pm but closed at 5.30pm when I arrived. Wasted journey !!!

A lady and a gent went the extra mile to help me with my eBay collection. Even went to the back door of the store just to check if my package arrived (which it did)!
