Felt it necessary to write a review as the customer service I witnessed today was amazing. I saw the manager and her colleague give an elderly lady 5* star customer service which I haven’t seen a lot lately. But in general the staff where lovely to all customers and brought a sense of warmth to the store. TK Max headquarters these guys are doing you proud!!

Always a nice place to shop. Usually I go for clothes for myself. I am shopping now I buy baby clothes as well. They have a nice variety of household items. Most products look to be good quality. It wasn't busy at all. Nice shopping experience with a baby in a pram. Recommend to go there. Will be going back soon.

The other 'half loves this place and, to be fair it has something going on. So if you're into shopping it's well worth a visit.
But I prefer web shopping and post, which they do as well, so all is good.

Love tkmaxx, diverse products, some great buys if you spot them. The only thing that would improve my shop is if clothes were measured and marked by uk sizes 14 16 18 etc. S M L XL doesn't do it for me and luxury brands are always three sizes smaller. Impossible to shop your size.

It's like a massive random jumble sale, couldnt find some items I was looking for, floor staff thin on the ground or chatting in groups, staff at the tills were very helpful, professional and considerate
