I would just like to congratulate the young man who served me today. 23/11 @ 19:35 I didn't catch his name but he was on till and I was at the counter he asked if he could help. Then he came over took my details and got my order for me, outstanding service well done

I have always had a good experience here. Staff are always happy to help and they keep on delivering exceptional customer service. Went in yesterday to order a printer and the staff got it out for me to examine. It was exactly what I needed so she processed it swiftly. Waiting time is also very reasonable which is great.

The staff were very friendly and polite, a sales assistant named Chelsea was especially helpful. But the service was very slow, they had 7 people at the back that weren’t picking up the orders, they were just chatting and spinning in circles.

Slowest service ever! Stood at customer service for a few minutes before the staff that was standing around wanted to serve me. Staff not prioritising waiting customers, they rather let you wait while they open parcels. They don’t process your order for the computer to call you when your order is ready to collect.

item was not delivered delivery driver broke it this store does not have another same tv stand call up store lady kept cutting me off instead of listening AWFUL experience and still waiting for this to be resolved to be redelivered!

Whats worse I asked for email to contact customer complaints lady cut me off put me on hold for ions and then put phone down on me after telling me aggresively there is no email absolutely disgraceful way for anyone to be treated. She refused to pass phone to manager as well despite me asking 3 times
finally she put phone down on me.

without doubt WORST customer service experience ever!

Completely appauled by the lack of customer service recieved by the short chunky supervisor. I bought a micro hdmi cable from there and after i took it out my laptop the metal piece fell off i attemped to attach it but it wouldnt work after this. When i went to return it the supervisor accused me of bending it in my laptop while smirking which ment it was my fault. When i calmly tried to explain what had happened he just carried on smirking and ignoring me. This is not only an example of bad customer service and bad leadership but also against the returns policy as i bought it 2 weeks ago and had my reciept which allows me 30 days return. I do not appreciate being called a lier. I will not be coming back to this store to buy overpriced cheap quality products that dont last more than two goes. Ill go back to buying better quality items for cheaper on ebay

I went to Argos about 4 ish 23rd Dec. The young man outside (not sure if security or Argos employee) was so helpful and polite, such a rarity today. He was young and of ethnic origin, I have put this description so he gets the recognition he deserves. Polite, helpful and well mannered, definitely in the right job, dealing with the public. Well done young man, your parents should be proud of you.

Very helpful staff and quick service. Product was well packaged and taken out to collection parking space immediately outside the store.
