Argos South Woodford in Sainsbury’s

I bought a £430 TV from Argos, South Woodford. The TV screen was cracked and wouldn't work properly. I took it back to the shop explaining that the product was sold broken. They laughed at my distress and said it was my fault so they wouldn't exchange it or refund me. I am very upset. Buyers from Argos beware. THEY DO NOT REFUND DAMAGED GOODS!!!!!

I give 5 starts to Argos in South Woodford, l have to mention a young man who is normally working weekends. Very friendly, polite and professional.

The manager was the one who served me. He talked me through my list of questions regarding items, delivery. Personally I found this Argos experience better than the mainstore ones that we had at the top n bottom of Walthamstow Market.

Gareth the manager is the least helpful customer service I have met and clearly has no understanding of consumer protection regulation. I will not be buying from Argos ever again.

I come here every time and find everything what I need 💪🏽 the staff are helpful and very kind, there is also a small department for ordering on Argos. Great location for shopping at great prices with great deals. Parking is also included. Recommended.

Argos, Sainsbury's south Woodford,I popped into Sainsbury's to buy a kettle but bought it at Argos instead, cheaper than Sainsbury's and was served by a very pleasant and helpful young lady called Anya.

Ordered a click and collect and arrived store opened exact on time and I was out the door on the way to work with the TIN of needed paint - time saver great !
