When collecting an order from eBay, staff will question on what the item is? One of the members of staff is very rude and another will shake and feel what an item is, This has happened many times. The only time I've had a good experience here is when certain members of staff are not on the tills.

Awful customer service. Treated like a suspected criminal by the manager. He checked if the phone was working which I didn't have a problem with but then quizzes me on if I made phone calls ect on it and telling me all the reasons they wouldn't take it back one of them being actually using the phone. There's nothing stopping anyone wiping recent calls or messages off it so checking these would be pointless. The phone was returned as the ringer wasn't loud enough for my elderly mother. Also because I didn't return what was essentially a free sim card I was charged £1 for it. I couldn't be bothered to argue with them. Won't be using this branch again.

Worst customer service experience ever, visted on the 20-6-20,manger was rude to customers in front of me, and kept rolling her eyes, the sales assistant was visibly embarrassed, and apologised to me, manger was very unhelpful, i am surprised that she even has a job at argos. In this time of Covid-19, its not the customers fault that you have to deal in customer services, she should fond another form of employment. Shockex that argos employees such people, NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE

Longest Argos queue I have ever been in, cannot phone them to rearrange to home delivery. Only one collection till open and they call it fast track. Been waiting 45 minutes

Manager needs training- had a faulty product spoke to a duty manager named Sam who does not know how to speak to people or explain herself. not fit for the position and walked out more frustrated with her rather than my device.

I won't be using this store again after dealing with the rude staff here, from being told I'm standing in the wrong queue to not listening my questions or issues.

Better signage and better trained staff are needed.

Brought a phone,it didnt work kept closing apps and pages while in use,had it less than a day wouldnt except a return without recorded proof
