Awful kids saved for a month for a scooter and went to buy one. When they purchased it the box was all taped up with cellotape. Box got ripped as it was excessive tape. When they got inside it was too small. The instructions were ripped so clearly a previous return. They tried to return and the manager refused and stated "they should have asked me to open it carefuly." who goes back to shop to ask to open. It wouldn't have ripped without the excessive tape!!! When I complained to argos there answer try another store. They have cctv discusting they gave out a second hand product and refused return.

Fantastic, helpful kind team at Rugeley Argos, nothing to much trouble ,and even though computers were playing up,they Special mention of Fiona who carried my purchase to my home near,by and refused any thanks by way of a tip.persevered to help me.

Small store with relatively little stock compared to virtually all other Argos stores. Probably just about acceptable / suitable for a small ex-coal mining village such as Rugeley, if you accept minimal standards, but not much good for anyone else other than the nearby locals. Extreme reluctance to refund anything that is faulty and needs returning regardless of warranties !! Staff quite surly, if not entertaining.

Impossible to leave feedback anywhere else so it's going here. Placed an order that said would be available to collect right away. As soon as payment was processed this changed to 4days time for collection. And of course they can't transfer the order to a store that has stock even if it means me traveling further. So now it's a 15 day wait for a refund and I've had to pay out again to get the item somewhere else. There really needs to be an expedited refunds process for situations like this were the business is at fault! Also the automated service on the phone lines is terrible, it took me 5 attempts to get through to a person!

Picked up a Computer Printer today using Click & Collect, must say the service was excellent. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely Awful service of Tanya!! Who ever put this woman as customer service representative for your company also need there heads looking at!!

I work in retail myself and I have never come across such an inexperienced customer service representative for a big brand company.

I suggest she has a one ro one with your learning and development department as soon as possible before these reveiws start to get out of hand and this should not happen due to one member of staff that is clearly in the wrong role.
