Argos Wembley West Olympic Way (Inside Sainsbury's)

Poor customer service, online it’s displaying that my order is in store, but staff refused to give as I don’t have second text or email. Finally i Cancelled the orders.

Really friendly and helpful service by the man working there today!

FRAUD!!!!!!! Picked up my younger sisters phone from here and once we opened it we saw a fake plastic phone. We called the store and the manger was shouting at us and was saying nasty things to us which made my sister cry. He was disrespectful and very horrible person who does not know how to deal with customers. This argos store has staff stealing items and replacing them with fakes. We have reported to the police that have now pulled an investigation as this store has fraud business going on. We have reported this to argos customer service as well. Do not pick your orders from this store!!!!!!

Brought my kitchen appliance to refund. But instead of explaining with a good way, the staff asked us back “do you want to buy this thing?” This is very inappropriate. They should have just explained why. Just put some explanation like ‘it have been used and my policy can’t accept or whatever that explains appropriately. I came with peace, and not interesting to debate. The staff should have got more training. The staff also mentioned that my refund is expensive thing (around £170). Expensive is relative, some people consider this as a cheap thing, May be because I came in a not nice clothes, then the staff thought that we need money from the refund. I lost my respect when they spoke like that to me.

If you bought something off eBay and your eBay account says delivered. This store says they don’t have it. It may have been delivered to Wembley Central store on the high street Wembley. That’s what happened to me. Not Argos fault. Fault of Royal Mail for not checking this address properly. Thank you to the gentleman in the Wembley Park civic centre store for telling me this today. I had my notification of delivery Saturday. Still haven’t got a processing number for Argos as it was delivered the the wrong store.

Most of the products here have been bought by someone else & then returned. So you basically buying defected things. If you don’t have a problem with this, buy it. If not don’t be surprised when the staff start to question why you returning it. Bogus products with bogus people

Friendly staff and the store is kept at a high standard. Spoke to store manager Pulin, who was very welcoming and friendly. Answered all my questions.

Staff at the door are rude (two somali ladies), not welcoming at all. They were rude and loud and also were looking at me talking and giggling which is so uncomfortable.
