The delivery was prompt and delivery driver, Shah is very polite and efficient. I called the driver to inform that I was a few minutes away from the house when he arrived and he kindly waited for me. The whole experience of purchasing from Argos to delivery has been very positive.

Today a brilliant gentleman (Nahid) tried to deliver our order to us, unfortunately I had put an old address as my delivery address. He rang me when outside and I informed him of my mistake, he was extremely kind and offered to deliver the order to my home address which was the correct address. I want to say a big thank you to him and the store for such a wonderful customer service and going and beyond to deliver the item to us. Thanks so much.

The service that Argos and Samsung are providing customers,

I purchased a Samsung galaxy S22 ultra from this branch and it was delivered to me 3 weeks ago, a week after purchasing it.
Once I opened it I realised that the camera is completely faulty, you can't take a regular photo with it. Please see photos attached.

Argos was closed for a couple of days so I couldn't take it back to the store earlier. I have since gone back to Argos several times only to be told each time that it will be collected from my address.
Two weeks ago I was told the collection would be in 2 to 3 days and after travelling all the way to the store they refused to allow me to return the phone there and then, which is absolutely ridiculous since I bought the phone from there. A collection was arranged for yesterday, which we even called and confirmed, (04/10/2022) however no driver turned up to collect the phone once again.

Disappointing service from Argos, I have been a customer for over 15 years but had never experienced such shocking customer service before.

I don't know why all Argos stores switched to tills and no show rooms. The only reason people go to a physical store is to see furniture set up in person, but for some reason it's only tills. Might as well just order online and have no physical stores anymore. Ridiculously useless waste of time visiting any store.

Shortlisted EIGHT (8!!!) Tv's over the course of several hours, to then find Every single one was out of stock, and it was impossible to remove out of stock items from my view. Pathetic - never again. Other retailers logically allow you to block out of stock items, or do not show in the first place. Avoid.

I was being harassed by a group of boys and the staff came and comforted me kept me safe and then made sure I got on the bus ok I can’t tell you how appreciated it was

A simple collection. Holding a newborn baby. Completely ignored. Eventually, someone came apologised. Then seemed more interested in selling the worthless extended warranty and selling me a bag despite seeing struggling holding a newborn baby.
