ordered online a christmas garland on 23/11/19. 4 separate days i had notice that it was to be delivered and each time i then got a message to say it was delayed. contacted WC and they said it was due to be delivered today...SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN FOR THE 5TH TIME. !!!!! Phoned WC again, got through to someone after waiting half an hour , i started to tell them what had happened only to find the person was having a conversation with someone else!!! Then they put me on hold, again waited another half hour!!
Not atall happy with this service and i still have not received my delivery having spent £67.50. Dont shop at white company. Appalling.

As ever, a lovely shop to go in. Bought two classic Bath robes, helpful service as I didn't have the 15% dusviunt card on me but they helped me fuind my discount code in my emails.

The staff went above and beyond last time I visited this store! A pregnant employee went all the way upstairs and outback just to go and see if they recieved the new myrhh candle i was looking for on delivery. All staff members equally as courteous and polite and enjoyed my shopping experience

Hi I was in the Cheltenham store on Saturday late afternoon just before closing, I was served by Bev, Tabitha and Mel. All three members of staff were extremely helpful, especially want to call out Bev as she was excellent and helped us to pick out new bedding and pillow cases etc and she was really helpful and went the extra mile for us. Her product knowledge was excellent.

Very judgemental staff, supervisor asked other members of staff to ‘keep an eye on them’ when we were browsing the shop, we were then followed around the shop and weren’t offered any help, was followed up and down the stairs.
Felt very degraded, and as if we didn’t meet the criteria for the store
We later returned to the store to make our purchases, and approached the supervisor about previous comments that were made and we didn’t even receive an apology, despite making a large purchase.
We will definitely NOT be returning to this store. And would also not recommend any other young mothers with prams to go this store, as you will be judged and not supported with your purchases.

Lovely shop. Easy access from buses outside, love their range of clothes.

Barely any space in the shop to move around and the items definitely aren't worth the price tag.
If they reduced everything by 25% they would do a lot better.
Even simple things like candles are way overpriced, it feels like they're just priced this way because they're placed on the promenade in Cheltenham.
Wasn't impressed here.

Beautifully laid out, friendly, attentive and professional Staff. A good shopping experience.
