TK Maxx

Long till queues. Incorrect pricing. Some items unpriced and then a floor staff member tried to charge us £9.99 for a cheap small Addis bin and justify that by comparing it to a better quality Addis bin. We refused to pay that. The floor staff member wasn't exactly friendly.
Later at another TK Maxx at London Colney we picked up the same bin for £4.99.
Needless to say that this second visit here was our last.

I've given up trying to find clothing at this TK Maxx years ago: they never have the average / medium sizes. The Home & Kitchen products are usually well stocked, but this shop in particular, compared to others in the area is always messy, chaotic and disorganised: too many people on the weekends... endless queues. Best shot to do some actual shopping is during weekdays. Note, the rating is not reflective of staff: they are very friendly and supportive most of the time.

Fab place to get discounted gear...obviously as its end of line stock, you only get 1 or 2 sizes available. Picked up some nice winter jumpers for marked down prices.

The lines in this store are ALWAYS long and always snake out. Some staff and nice and then others a very rude (like the manager whose name is Maddy or Maddie, 0 customer service skills). The aisles are too close together, only one person can be looking at a product and you’re constantly having to move to allow people to pass. Worst TK Maxx I’ve been to. The one in Brent Cross is bigger and more organized.

Disgusting customer service from a sale assistant called FARZANA. Would not communicate the confusion with me, during an exchange. Even though manager had ok’d the situation and told her the price to charge my exchange item (since two different price markings on one product). Gave me the incorrect price and when questioned she said “tap your card” slammed the receipt down on my item, and when I told her that her attitude was appalling she told me to shut up?!
Aside from this one individual the store store does seem disorganised and under-staffed, but the other members of staff I had dealt with were accommodating and efficient

Best place to get all brands and good quality stuff under one roof. Finding for your size is a pain as all designs are mixed. But still can bank on this shop the most

Big store with lots of stock, the products are kept in order so its easy to find what you need. The line can often be long at checkout but the cashiers are kind & speedy.

Super dissatisfied. Store super unorganized things just thrown everywhere and too much cramped in a small space, looked like someone tipped the store upside down. its quite small compared to other branches. Went in to go look for some stuff but everything was just everywhere and it was giving me a headache so unfortunately it's wasnt a place I'd shop. For a mall I would have expected it to be more organized. Then again I don't blame TK Maxx it's just people acting like savages.
