Argos Old Street

Waited more than half and hour for an order. Too many people. Workers idling and working slowly. Extremely Inefficient. I wouldn't come here ever again. The stocks not being distributed in order! They just take the tickets from the crowd and distributing items, without considering who's here first. It's ridiculous!

After waiting finally get the item Struggled to bring laundry bench home with two kids on the bus!! Only to find a day to fix it and there are no fixtures in the box. Called Argo and was told the store mustn’t have put them in the box on delivery!!

Ordered in store waited 20 mins whilst my order was sitting on the side so the colleagues could finish chatting to themselves even when I approached counter was told order was not ready I pointed that it was there the lady said “oh yeah” and started laughing with her colleague ,honestly just awful customer service from a company some of us have been using a whole generation

I wish I could give no stars. The customer service in this place is a -10!

Manager Syed (if he’s the manager) is a rude, appalling person that failed to helped with a simple task of “doing his job”. If you have an issue call customer services instead of relying on this store. They. Do. Not. Care.

Never use Argos services!!! If you don't want to be double charged and never get your money back! And get NO support from stuff or customer service!

Poor customer service skills ! Especially the manager Victoria , she has an attitude along with the other staff just sneering behind ! Disgusting lot of people and disgusting way of handling customer service !!

Abdul made my day. He didn't give up like his colleague and found my item. 5 stars to him and to the store for having him.

Shubnum, and Theodora are a disgrace to the branch, very rarely do I complain about staff, especially considering the hectic environment this time of year, however I witnessed what can only be described as bullying and humiliation of a young lady who came to collect Christmas shopping with her baby. They did not attempt to accommodate her but instead made terrible comments resulting in her leaving distressed just before Christmas, the manager was so rude I expected other member to try and calm him down but instead Theodora threatened to step aside from the computer screen to confront a woman alone with an infant in a buggy. We contacted customer service outside of Old Street Argos who of course to the managers side and dismissed her, terrible.
