Argos Marble Arch

Yesterday I went to Argos to order a fridge freezer and I forgot to add remove the old one I tried to call unfortunately I didn’t get anywhere!I went back to Argos today and the computer was done ! Rose she help me to order it again but Argos charge me for delivery £6.95 !! I Pay it but supposed to be free delivery. If you have any problem just go today shop ask for Ross she’s very nice lady

My dad went to purchase a good reviewed shaver tried it and was horrible, the razor on the shaver was the worse and dull. So I went to return the item they told me since I opened the box I couldn’t refund it, fair enough. Talked to my dad and he told me there is a 30 day refund policy so I went back to another employee which was more respectful and polite and resolved my issue, perfect. I was ready to leave the store and the first employee which was disrespectful and rude told me that I lied and if I come again to refund something I will be kicked out.. the manager came and talked to me I can tell he’s respectful but was misguided by the rude and disrespectful employee.. will never go back there again if that same employee is working there, literally worse experience in a store in my life what a shame Argos. The reason he told me I was lying was because I told him the shaver wasn’t working as expected, he said that I said the shaver is broken, which I never did. ( sorry for my bad English, it’s not my first language and thank you for reading. ) 0/10 employee

I never actually shop in-store here, but I always collect my online orders and it always goes smoothly. Staff are always proactive and helpful.

FYI, bring a bag. Argos charge for one, and at 30p, no less...

Excellent customer service in this branch. The second I walked in the door someone asked if they could help, took me to the desk and I collected the item within about 30sec! Very impressed.

Surprised of how such a big brand can have such an incompetent and careless staff. I’ve been asking questions about some products (I was going to buy for a total of 1k) and they weren’t able to answer any of my questions and they weren’t even willing to try to gather some information to help me suggesting me instead to go check the product specifics on the website. I ended up going to buy all the stuff from Harris’s where I received an excellent customer service :’)

Your website and customer service it is a SCAM and rude call centre. Items available for collect the same day are not really available. Never again I will buy from you.
