Went in to this shop today to get some larger white goods. Very few staff on as all these companies are doing self-service!! Look at the picture it shows what people think of that!! The staff where happy to keep trying to sell me extras. But the minute I complained that they were charging me £12 .50 to have the products delivered but the earliest they could deliver was 12 days!! They said I would have to take that up with head office!!

5 Stars for customer service from Ellie (22nd March) and Marilena (29th March). On the two separate occasions, both ladies were very helpful in sourcing the items I needed from differing locations for collection. Excellent service, thank you.

Awful staff incredibly rude and full of attitude would not let me return a faulty item! The Manager didn’t care that I was going to report them! Had to return via Argos website/ customer service which were more helpful! Manager needs to be fired

Served by a very rude blonde woman who, when I asked if I could have someone help me carry the box as I had a pushchair and my car was a 30 second walk away, refused to even ask anyone. Then proceed to say if I couldn't carry it myself she would cancel it. Extremely rude and I won't be ordering from there again.

Great argos, quick collection for online orders however as its bromsgrove town centre, have to pay to park and walk in hence the 4 starts
