TK Maxx

As always, plenty of choice and good value. Positive customer service and great for clothes, shoes, gifts and homeware items. I'm always lucky in both the Worthing store and Bournemouth Town Centre.

Bit of a disappointing store for a TX Maxx really, with very little actual useful stock. Staff are unhelpful generally, and refunds for faulty kitchenware is very poor - unless you are happy with a gift card. Actually, all I wanted was a replacement or a refund. Will be taking the issue up directly with Le Creuset, but if you want a nice big store, can I suggest Chichester, perhaps?

Update: Le Creuset were fantastic and said that TK Maxx were particularly bad on the customer service front. Thankfully all resolved now, despite the fact that this should have been sorted by the seller, ie, TK Maxx. Got the feeling from Le Creuset that they're not going to make products for TK Maxx in the future.

Variety of items in various price ranges. It's quite an okay store in a good location. I'll definitely visit again.

Tkmaxx has gone down really badly. It's like some Turkish market now. Even Primark is better, must say it's really good comparing the Tkmaxx.

Basic brands at this store, no bargains, quite a few products from the US with no reduction in price in comparison to the original ticketed price.

A really large store with a great selection of products. It's got a particularly large kids department and is well run. The store was tidy and very well run. It's on 2 levels with an escalator to go yp and stairs to go down. There is also an elevator.

I always seem to come out of this shop with something, big queues but what with Xmas coming queues went down really quickly.
