Great fun. When you reserve an item they ask you to choose a word to tell the till operator. Make sure you choose "pardon".

Literally thirty seconds of fun each time. Otherwise the store is standard Argos.

Got there just after 8am this morning for an exchange as I had purchased wrong item lloyd was serving possibly only member of staff very friendly and polite with professional attitude job done spot on.

Awful experience here. Ordered and paid online and was told via email to pick up after 4pm. Drove all the way down at 5pm and still wasn’t there. The manager Shawn did not apologise and was so rude, really in need of some decent customer service!

Pre ordered item online, so fast an simple pick up and friendly staff.

Absolutely appalling service! My mum wanted to exchange an item that she received with rust and they argued it was oil! Just rude! I was returning a camera I brought 2 days ago just to be told the serial numbers don't match up and nothing they could do... was told we had probably received one that had already been returned! Now stuck with a £700 camera that is faulty.

Staff are rude and unhelpful. There always standing around looking miserable and unprofessional

Refused to give me my order yet had details needed for my purchase. Traveled 40 minuets with my child to be refused a product I paid for ! Won't be using this argos again in the future

Elfreda and Gina were very helpful and efficient in processing my Ebay items. They even called Ebay to chase an email that had not been sent when the item was delivered already! Thank you very much
