It's a nice relaxed store. They have a cafe but they lack of facilities to cater for all the people and its a bit small and a bit slow but quality is what you would from M&S

Went in to buy men's jeans. THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST SMELLING TOILETS I HAVE EVER USED. seriously you need a respirator. I feel sorry for the staff who work at the refund tills because you can smell the urine on the shop floor really strongly. Disgusting for a shop of their calibre . I can see why people would not return and they are having to close stores.

I received first class service from Anita who kindly helped me bra shop for my pending holiday!!

She was skilled, knowledgeable and patient. I'm really thankful I got to shop at the time she was working, made such a difference to my shop and to my general day.

I'll be returning there again, and hope to receive some more great service in the future.

This post is specifically for the one lady who help me with my bra purchased today. I went to M&S Redhill branch to purchased my bra, asked for help and was amazed at how wonderful and attentive this lady was. I didn't catch her name but she was about 5.4 black lady and she was amazing at what she does. If she isn't already promoted, she needs to be. She needs to at least be a trainer and representative of your branch. She knew what I needed straight away. Another lady with her daughter was also in the room and she also helped her. I don't usually leave a review but this one was worth my time because she gave me her time and attention. Thank you xx

There isn’t a time I visit this branch that there isn’t a problem. I’ve no idea who the manager is but he or she clearly doesn’t manage. 2 staff covering the whole floor. I needed a beauty product that wasn’t on the shelf as apparently the products are stolen. When I finally found someone to help, they didn’t know the code to get into the product drawer. When that staff member found someone who did know the code they couldn’t open the door as it was jammed! (Not their fault I know). Every time I come into this branch it’s the same thing, it’s like faulty towers. The few staff that are available running around but not actually doing a whole lot. The one guy on the register had no urgency in him at all. The queue 15 long people got fed up, dumped their stuff and walked out. Message to manager the hint is in your title… MANAGE! I gave 2 stars and the lady did try and help.

Store is clean, small selection of clothing for men, women and children. Food Hall is small but with decent variety. Cafe service can be slow. Toilets always disgusting; smelly and dirty.

Constantly out of stock of items, on multiple times of visiting. Today no decaf tea or coffee. Frankly I think its time to not even try again, and utilise other options nearby

Good staff, friendly and efficient service, good quality merchandise.
