TK Maxx

TK Maxx almost twenty years ago had many top quality clothes, but now that isn't the case. I don't want to say its full of tat but many items are really downmarket.
The do have a nice selection of confectionary and other items classed within the food range. Some years ago they started selling meat products which rather surprised and disappointed me. They have kitchen ware, crockery. Their bed linen range is overpriced.
There are deals to be had in the shoe section but not many. They have a luggage section which is not bad. There's also plenty for the ladies. And while you are waiting to pay there's a plethora of food items such as biscuits, chocolates and various protein bars.

Good store, very large, good selection of items. Only thing missing was public toilets.

Absolutely AMAZING!

Had fantastic service recently at this branch. The lady who helped me (Roxana) was extremely helpful, friendly attitude, very patient and nothing was too much trouble. Very rare nowdays you get someone who genuinely cares and wants to help customers, it really made my day. I really appreciate people who do their job well and with a smile. Will definitely return and recommend this store to others.

I am so glad to have come across roxana today!
I'm not a big fan of shopping. The whole experience for me stretched and I can never seem to get the right stuff. So I have been given instructions on a certain outfit I need to get and was lost.

I was about to leave soon with nothing as roxana approached me and helped me get a outfit that everyone loved. She took her time, was calming and I felt like she genuinely wanted to help.

I purchased a few products from TKMaxx Watford and paid at around 4:30pm on Dec 3, 2022. After I paid at the till, I grapped my stuff and put them all to my own bag quickly because there were a long queue behind me. i saw some white people organising their stuff next to the right hand side of the exit so i did mine at the left hand side because this area had nobody there and far away from any displaying products. however a female employee of TKMaxx came over, she frowned while requesting me to leave the shop immediately in a disapproving tone but I observed that she let the aforementioned white people stay to keep organize their stuff without requesting them to leave. I wondered is it because I am an Asian so I was requested to leave the shop or did I do anything wrong in the eyes of this staff member of TK Maxx? I usually visit TK Maxx every week and purchase quite a lot of stuff in various TK Maxx shops e.g Hammersmith, Central London etc. However I am afraid I will no longer shop there especially the one in Watford. Here is my sincere advice to Management Team of TK Maxx: Please provide proper customer service and communication training to your staff, educate them to respect others, no matter white or colored people; reputation and customer loyalty are easy to ruin than build. Good luck.

Excellent. One of the tidiest branches of this store and also very big, being arranged over two floors.
