First floor home department is good with contemporary items, toys, houseware, home furnishings and furniture.
Helpfull staff, neat and clean, very well organised, good lighting and clean, reasonable rates. Wheelchair parking - entry as well as lift.

Love this shop especially downstairs for Christmas gifts, and homewares.
Great selection of everything from kitchen utensils to pet care.
Could spend the whole day here easily. Best shop in Sutton for gifts.

A super store with entry at ground level & also has a basement level, along with escalator. The store sells clothes for all ages, toys, household items & many ideas for gifts, as well as a wide range of seasonal gifts & food.
Cashiers are located on right hand side of ground floor, with enough to ensure you don't have to queue for very long. Ideal if looking for some inspiration for a gift. Most items are value for money & well presented.

Shops nice and cashiers lovely and polite the reason for one ⭐️ Is because it won’t let me do zero ⭐️ The jobsworth security guard snatched my bag from my hands because the beep went off he’s so fxxxing rude I won’t be shopping here again which is a shame, I gave him some advice about treating people with respect as the way he was he’s totally let the shop down

Struggled through the doors to get in with a buggy. poor selection of bags, used to be loads more. Security woman was very nice as she opened second door so I could get out easily

What is it with TK Maxx? It's over stocked with over priced and badly presented surplus clothing. The staff are bored and unhelpful and that's only if you can identify a staff member. Not my first call for shopping.

Well laid out and spacious. Easy to navigate and whilst it was busy, it didn’t feel hectic like some other branches.
