Came in today to buy a washer dryer. Got as far as the desk to make payment to then be told it has already been sold.. there was nothing equivalent to what we wanted.

We browsed around the store in disappointment when out of nowhere one of the staff (possibly the manager) started shouting and belittling the other staff in an aggressive manner about something that seemed insignificant in front of us.

It was very unprofessional to see management treat staff that way let alone behaving that way in front of customers.

Not impressed and won't be coming again!

Was expecting a delivery only for it to not turn up on the day between 8am and 6pm. No delivery. Shocked and appalled at why they tell you a delivery date when the info is inaccurate.
Ive heard so many bad reviews about brighthouse and know i understand why there are so many.

Slow, foolish and vultures. 3 weeks & 6 days of dealing with these lowlifes. All began with a faulty engineer installation, followed up with a less than 15 minutes engineer callout who did exactly what we did and failed to assist us in general. The Brighthouse manager of the Dalston Store has a lack of judgement, poor decision making & cowardness when contacting customers. I will be reporting the Brighthouse to a financial body. LEAVE THIS STORE ALONE, IF NOT READING THE CONTRACTS.

Poor customer service, lazy staff (jammo) and false delivery details given I was told a date and my item did not arrive! I Don't believe they have clue what they are doing in that store!

I love Brighthouse bwcause the staffs are so kind and they make sure if tou are comfortable. I love Brighthouse ao much!!

Order from this store with caution. The owners are sluggish and unreliable. At one point it felt like they were making up delivery dates, because each time, the product failed to arrive and the worst thing is that we had to chase THEM for updates. Dealing with this company was infuriating. I would never shop here again, the owners are asinine.
