TK Maxx

Great variety of top quality goods. Sometimes difficult to find everything as they are cramped together and other punters like to stalk their areas 🙂 generally though easy to get round and lots on offer. Always have a number of tails of clothes on special offer. Lots of good food upstairs including pet stuff, bedding, furniture and cooking utensils and accessories

Usually a nice store but this one from my point of view far a way from what this brand means. I has expected to find something nicer than west midlands stores but the reality it was poorer

This is one of my favourite shops for budgeting well known brands, lately I'm going out of the shop with empty bags! Cheap serial products and shelves full of expired and discarded stock is not the TKmaxx I used to like.
Sorry there is no more thrill no more nice shopping experience.

From start to finish perfect service on the floor, tk max u have some one who knows customer service, not only did he say what my sons might like he explained why and Harvey at the tills perfect..loved ur nails 💅

Not the best tkmax, low stock and poor choices for me. I usually find something to satisfy my shopping addiction, but I couldn't find a single usable item today. 😕 ah well maybe next time.

Store Manager refused a return with receipt for for an Item that was small in size, still brand new with label on. He claimed to have 20years experience, I wonder how he has survived as his customer service is -100 and proper rude as well

This branch is quite big, i like the clothing and home section the most. It is wheelchair friendly as there is an elevator inside the shop which makes it possible to go to the upper level.
