Store with incredibly fast service. It has never taken longer than five minutes from placing an order to receiving my items.

+ Place is generally quiet, and not too busy.

I've been to this Argos three times over the past 10 years - one of those times was to redeem a voucher I had received and I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy - and I've always received good service.

In the run up to Christmas I wanted to buy my friend's son a toy so I looked at the Argos website and I found this ride on car. I reserved it online (I'd hat to go to the shop to be told they didn't have it in stock), went to the shop paid and waited about 5 minutes in the waiting area and I got the item and was out of the shop within 10 minutes of walking in. This was quite a feat as I'd expected it to take longer because Christmas.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Place to get everything you need from home, toys, technology, furnishing etc.
Price is reasonable. They do click and collect and home delivery too.
Stock checking machine needs to be updated.
Staff are helpful but need to smile a bit more.

Don't know why Google haven't removed this branch. It is closed for good. The nearest branch is a small one in Sainsburys Surry Basin.
This branch has ceased trading. Ignore Googles posted opening hours as you'll be disappointed.

Tried to collect my order here yesterday only to discover this branch is permanently closed and has moved to a new location. Why has this listing not been amended? Thanks for wasting my time Google / Argos / Sainsbury's.

I placed order almost 3 weeks ago , they haven’t contact me and I tried to call them, they don’t respond and hang the phone when I want to talk with person from there team just to ask what happens with washing dryer I ordered and when it will be delivered? Customer support is a machine and you not receive any answers ..

Dreadful customer service. Bought an expensive item that should come with a free gift but this wasn’t processed correctly by advisor in store and follow up correspondence impossible to contact store directly and online support’s answer is basically ‘your responsibility to put promotion on the order, tough luck’. Won’t be shopping at Argos again in the future.

Definition of incompetence. I ordered headphones worth £120 and sent my wife to collect the order as I was with at work. They refused to give her the item even though she had the collection code, confirmation email and my Argos Card on her. I have now cancelled the order and bought the headphones from Currys for £90. It clearly was God's plan for me to save £30, but this branch still deserves a low rating for the lack of customer care.
