Such a pleasure to visit a family run store run by 2 lovely ladies who have a passion for fashion! A very tempting range of top quality garments, beautifully displayed with accessories, which can be tried on. I was delighted with the advice and assistance in choosing the right size and style for my age/shape - a rare service these days! Facy is my favourite go-to clothes store, highly recommended.

Awful customer service, if I could put zero stars I would. They supplied wrong product size after showing sizes on a message, dealing in materials and doesn't know what 1/4" is. I had to purchase the new product again at my expense, they kept the wrong product, receipt and have not refunded me for the original item. For a local shop in Henley, that has been trading for year's I expected a lot better. I will not be purchasing from them again and recommend to avoid this place until they sort out the basics of customer service, which should be the top priority in a local business.

Not happy here
Ladies very rude and unwelcoming and wouldnt change a shirt which had never been worn. Im afraid they have lost a customer which is a shame as we had bought quite a few items from them in the past.

I don’t know what they do to their clothing, but I bought a jacket from here that I just cannot get the charity shop/old lady smell out of. It’s a lovely jacket, but it stinks and no amount of washing or vinegar will move it.

Lovely owner selling very pretty clothes. Lots of Italian fashionable easy wearing dresses, jackets, blouses, bags and accessories! Nicest in Henley in Thames 👏
