Argos Weybridge

Even as Argos goes, this is a poorly run, understaffed store. We could see our goods waiting on the conveyor (with more items crashing down on them) but it took a good 10 minutes for staff to come and bring items to the counter.
Advantage of this store is a decent car park so you can transfer heavier goods to the car easily.

Seems to often have items in stock which are not in stock in other local branches of Argos. The carpark right outside makes collecting big items easy. The opening hours would suit most people.

Rudest woman on the phone ever!
Ordered and payed for an item to be emailed saying there was a problem and a have been refunded so I pay for it again and collected it from another store 1 hour away I might add in Ealing !!..
then days later got a email saying still waiting to be collected at Weybridge, THEN when I ring them the woman puts it through as being collected!! Why????!!!!! I’m on the phone to discuss what’s going on and she clearly doesn’t listen and decided to put the order through as collected.
Iv been told I can’t cancel it over the phone or online and will have to come In store to cancel .. I’m not local I’m 45 minutes away. I’m OUTRAGED.
I have to come In store because she has declared it as being collect in person when I was on the phone to cancel !

I went into Argos yesterday, as wanted to treat myself to a new kitchen bin. I couldn't find what I was looking for, but was helped by Tamara. She was so helpful and personable - a real asset to the store. She found it on her computer, arranged for the last one to be sent down for me to view too. Unfortunately it was slightly scratched, (so I was reluctant to buy it as it was quite pricey for a bin but it was a retro Habitat one.😊) Being aware of my apprehension, she offered to reduce it, which she did, and so got a sale.

good prices but sometime the service can be slow, sometimes not enough staff when you need but covid is causing this I think. Still happy with the presents.

There's really nothing on display. There are order stations where you can order/pick up items but very little on display. It looks really sad. There used to be tills /counter items to buy but that's gone. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff are very helpful, very easy and quick to collect, store not busy anymore due Covid but that a good no waiting around, Sadly the stores is closing down end of January..

Just picked up my order what lovely staff so helpful and friendly, only problem no chairs really have a problem standing for too long. Best Argos for staff 👍
