It's ok for smaller items. I've found that you need to allow a day or so for larger items, although for those it's only about 3 miles away from the big Argos Extra store in Guildford.

Argos needs to be more competitive on prices though.

Easy access with free parking and very convenient location. Staff always very friendly and helpful and pre-ordered products arrive quickly and on time. I particularly like the text notifications which are both accurate and informative.
Worth checking Argos offers on household items before purchasing off Sainsbury's shelves.... goods often cheaper despite Sainsbury's owning both!
I have been a more regular Argos customer since they opened in this location.

Have had items sent to argos for click and collect each time there has been an issue..some staff don't have a clue

An absolute joke of a store. They lose my package and then have the audacity to not answer the phone after they hang up on me cause they don’t know what their doing. VERY VERY frustrating to work with. I will NOT do anymore business with these folks or recommend them ever again. Absolute joke….

Made an online purchase and told to go collect. Arrive at the branch - manager Haris went to look for it. 10 mins later we don’t have it - we’ve had IT issues. Totally rude and unprofessional who made this guy a manager? Shouted at me saying “ you don’t work here you don’t know our system”. Why? I asked why I’m told to come if it’s not there.

Haris then waved his arms around and told his colleagues give him a gift voucher. Well he has a name - clearly you have professionalism in you Haris. People with an attitude like yours should re-consider being customer facing!

I had something sent here through eBay for click and collect. Tracking shows it was delivered on Friday but still at the end of Monday I have had no contact from the store and I just can't get through to them on the phone. Last time I use them.

Calling customer service was a nightmare, but effective resolution at store.
