Pretty quick service and you can park right outside for free. Excellent for click and collect. Will keep on line reservations for a couple of days. You can pay in advance or in-store. Usual vast range of stuff.

I called in to buy 7 sets of blinds of which 2 were in stock but the young lady who served us reserved another 2 sets in the store in town and got 3 sets delivered by 16:00. She was very cheerful and helpful.

Literally the worst store I've been too. I've always waited so long for service every time I've visited, whether an item is reserved or not.

Reserved a board game once, went to collect after receiving the text. There had been a mix up and it wasn't in store. They said they would order another. Again received the text. Again it wasn't there.

Went in to look at some jewellery for a little token gift for someone and waited 45 minutes without being served. Ended up going elsewhere.

Those on top of countless other visits, I've now determined that it's actually quicker to drive to the Norwich store 😂

Always seems I have better luck in town .As try to order washing machine here that said free delivery option .and was told I had to pay even in catalogue said free standard delivery .But was told again some elaborate story why I had to pay for delivery .So I said forget it and left with out buying it .Went in to town centre store next day same item got free delivery no story of why I shouldn't. Don't try taking anything back as you will be treated like scum by the manger totally unprofessional . completely unaware of the current consumer law. Seams to walk off to use phones as far from you as possible . use another store

I would just like to note – That I have not once ever written a review or complaint, however upon visiting your store on Friday the 7th of June 2019 I received THE worst customer service I have ever come across in my life.
I ordered a product from Ebuyers, this was supposed to get sent to store through a click and collect service. Through an error which was no fault of my own this was sent to the store as an ordinary parcel. This parcel was obviously signed for by an employee as I received a message from Yodel to say my parcel was ready to collect. Upon arriving at the store I was unaware of this issue and went straight to the collection desk as per I have done MANY times before. I was greeted by an older looking lady probably around mid forties with dark curly – I gave this lady all of the relevant details that would be needed for my parcel including ID and a full string of emails including my order number from Ebuyers. The lady told me that there was ‘nothing she could do’ as there was ‘no barcode’ which would allow her to release it to me – now at this point I am in a panic for my parcel was over £1000 in value. I politely asked her why this was, to which she replied again about barcodes and other related jargon which meant nothing to me (After finding out my parcel was signed for as a normal parcel I am confused why she would need a barcode to scan this out, as it never would have had a barcode scanned in). Whilst still in the store I get Ebuyers on the phone and they said that they would happily get in touch with the store manager as there has been an issue with my click and collect order in that it was simply sent to the store as a parcel – signed for. I go back to the lady who had called her manager at this point with Ebuyers still on the phone – the store manager actually REFUSES to speak to them and she tells me there’s no way of knowing that it is actually me EVEN though I have shown her every email, my printscreened order number AND my I.D – I always am a thourough person in case this kind of thing happens. Ebuyers patiently waited on the phone for over an hour! – The gentleman on the phone was kind and polite and understood that this was NOT my fault and could not do enough to help me unlike your store manager. After me pacing around the store for now and hour and a half the manager STILL hasn’t spoken to Ebuyers who are still waiting on the line – This costing me all the while. The manager eventually calls Ebay – I did NOT order from Ebay like I mentioned over and over thus wasting more of my time and costing me money whilst still on this call she WOULD NOT take. Your store manager was continuously rude, unpolite, stubborn and completely arrogant – I have never in my life been spoken to/treated the way I was on this day and I find it concerning that someone like this is in charge, I can only imagine what she would be like to her colleagues if this is how she treats a member of the public. Now after over 2 HOURS she finally hands over my parcel RELUCTANTLY – This was after I was willing to speak to Ebay EVEN though my order was not from there just to get this resolved. 2 Hours I waited there, 1 hour and half I spent on the phone to Ebuyers – This problem could have been resolved in 2 minutes.
Secondly – I find it VERY concerning that a member of staff has actually signed for a parcel that 1. Was not theirs, and 2. Was a customers - ESPECIALLY considering the value of the item in question. I personally will never shop with Argos again and I plan on writing a full review about this wherever I can.

My granddaughter and I went to look for a cover for a tablet that I had bought for her younger brother's birthday.
They didn't have any in stock. The man said he could order me 1 but it would be 10 to 14 days. I need it for the 14th September for my grandsons 8th birthday.
I purchased 1 from a phone shop in Market Gates in Great Yarmouth Norfolk.
I like Arg9s because normally you can get what you need here. Plus it's 1.5 miles from my home.
Well worth a visit on Gapton Park.

Went there on the 16th of September to collect items for my sons birthday. Asked For a hard copy of the receipt which they refused Will only send in an email. when my son opened his presents one of them was faulty so I went back to Yarmouth to return item.i had full details for on my Argos account I.e. Date order number and how i paid, but they said I needed Email receipt. I went through all my inboxes not one email From Argos. They refused me a refund and only offered me a credit note, which would be all good in well if I actually used argos but as per usual things bought from ther are faulty and need returning. will not be using argos anymore. Poor service and staff
