Went to.dumbarton argos today with Samsung phone that I purchased in January. Served by Tony who quickly checked my phone and confirmed it would no longer charger. Offered refund or replacement and given a great choice of phones available. Chose to go for an updated model that was in stock. Tony then proceeded to remove my SIM & memory cards and set up my new phone for me ! Excellent customer service, nothing was a bother to this young man who explained everything to me in a very polite and courteous manner. In and out in 20 minutes with new phone. Excellent customer service and a credit to this store !
