Leekes

I wanted to leave a good review for Leekes of Cross Hands because I only needed small amounts of stone paving to complete some DIY tasks at home. Everywhere else I tried would only sell stone by the crate for contractors. Leekes is now my go to store for the things I need for my projects, they are fully aware that not all jobs require a pound of nails, or a ton of stone.

I can’t thank our sales assistant Julia Yemm enough. She was truly outstanding and really made sure that I found a chair that fulfilled my needs. Exceptional customer service. Kind and professional. A very good experience.

Great customer service from Gregg when I was looking for a new corner sofa. Gregg provided all possible options with no “ high pressure” sales. He was extremely patient and gave me the time & space to make my decision. He also phoned me the following day to advise that my delivery date will be a few weeks before the expected date. Very happy customer.

The store has a good selection of household and garden items to suit a variety of budget.
Be careful if using the restaurant. Spent so long in the queue for food that by the time I got to the till was impolitely told they were no longer serving food. Closed earlier than advertised. Not best pleased after waiting 20 mins for nothing.

Had a great experience shopping today in the cross hands store. Was served by Sean in the bed department, he was a great help in assisting us with purchasing our first bed. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and gave us all the information we needed. Thanks again, will definitely be back shopping soon!

We called in to buy decorations and ended up buying a patio furniture set (🤷‍♂️). We were helped enormously by the sales assistant Lynne who was absolutely fantastic in dealing with our many queries and sorting out delivery etc. Thank you Leekes and thank you Lynne for making the experience such a positive one.

Just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service we received from Benita when we purchased our bed sofa from Leekes Cross Hands.
Generally customer service has all but disappeared from so many businesses post Covid and is really hard to find. They could learn a great deal about how to deal effectively with customers from Benita.

Stopped in for some food after swimming with our little baby girl. Had a pie and chips, was delicious, simple food. 👍🏻 and we love the store itself too.
