I ordered a ladies watch on the jewellery counter as I did not want to purchase the one on display. Assistant assured me it would arrive that afternoon ready for my collection the next day.On collection the next day waiting for my turn to pick it up I noticed the watch that was on display is no longer there. Asking the store assistant when it was delivered to the store she said this one has been taken off display just in case the other did not arrive.Money has been refunded, but the principle of being told not quite the truth is not a good feeling on my part.

Watch the prices. Was cheaper on line than in store. When i asked at the till i was told its right. So i paid. But while waiting went on line and its cheaper. In the end i got a £5.00 discount but how many other people over paid. This time of the year everyone is in a rush and never check but a word of warning CHECK ON LINE BEFORE YOU PAY

No designated parking would recommend Caerphilly or Merthyr Cyfartha stores for better access.More than once returned faulty items and not a positive experience so again would recommend other Argos stores as the products are well priced and on certain items there is a 30 day policy which is good.

Small store and sometimes certain products aren't available but overall it's good. Needed to return a broken phone once and they did so swiftly and without much hassle. Very pleased.

Nice clean store. Usually use for click and collect as it's usually not that busy. Hard to park though near the store if your trying to collect a large item.

A nice quiet Argos store at the end of town. I always do my Christmas 'click and collect' pickups from here as the queues are much shorter or non-existent

Wish I caught the name of the girls working today. But they deserved some good feedback.
I had ordered a dining set that I had to collect in my pokey little Fiat 500. The girls were brilliant, chatty and pleasant throughout! no complaints, no fuss. They helped me carry the large box to the car making sure it was safe in the boot.
Thank you girls for making my day, and making what could have been a difficult experience very easy and enjoyable!

Took our Bush Smart TV back this morning and it was the second time i had broken this year and had to be sent back last time leaving us with a small TV. They called the manager and without a blink of an eyelid she told us to pick another TV. While we were looking a young man who worked there came over as he could see we didn't have a clue and helped us out. Thank you very much Jake you helped us make a good choice. You are a star.
